Helping commemorate the great victory over fascism

On Victory Day, the people of St Petersburg march with placards remembering kin and friends lost in the war to repel the Nazis. Why are these images rarely seen on American television?  Notice the red flag side by side with the new Russian standard.  For breaking the back of world fascism, the world owes a huge debt of gratitude to the brave and noble Russian people.
