Almost 800 million dollars will go to NATO’s expansion in Europe. 117 million will go “specifically towards countering Russian aggressive acts in Ukraine”. Kiev may also get a 1 billion dollar loan if it continues to eat out of Washington’s hand. It will also provide more than 50 million to Moldova and Georgia, and 16 million to other suffering (sic) states. All in all – almost 2 billion dollars.
