It happened in the Middle East
[dropcap]N[/dropcap]on-Israeli lives in the Middle East are cheap, that is the implicit message of the ethnocentric, imperialist media, especially its American contingent, which unfortunately still influences many others in this so-called profession. The rescue of this baby, with bare hands, gives them the lie.  We won’t tell you where this poignant episode happened, as children are all innocents, by definition. These are the people whose lives we manipulate, disrupt and destroy so cavalierly.
