Russia is waging a propaganda war against US fossil fuel production, according to two investigating GOP congressmen from Texas, Lamar Smith and Randy Weber. This is just the latest accusation against Russian media outlets supposedly intent on influencing the American public toward the Kremlin's deepest national security objectives.
