Nowhere near the quality of George Carlin-no subtlety at all, but perhaps better than most others.
Agree, Rosemerry. George Carlin was one of a kind. But, as you say, Lee tries hard and delivers messages that are terribly needed. Certainly far better than the crop of establishment comedians, whose work for the empire renders them toxic, laughs or no laughs.
