[dropcap]W[/dropcap]e are not exagerating. At The Greanville Post not a single writer or editor gets paid. It's all volunteer labour. Several of the most senior editors live on social security, a paltry income at best, but their lifelong commitment to social justice and world peace is strong and unyielding. Several have known war first hand. Our core editors often put in 12 to 16 hours a day. Technicians (webmaster and art people) get paid periodicallly, or in emergencies, but they also mostly volunteer or donate a large portion of their services. Since 2016, frequent attacks on our site and communicatons structure have cost us time and money to repair, and things are not getting easier, as the hacks and harassment by underhanded state agencies and social media giants and private individuals are making life extremely difficult for dissident sites like ours. But, as you will agree, maintaining and strengthening our network of incorruptible, radical, dedicated and expert voices, especially at this time of dreadful crisis for humanity and our planet, with all vital ecosystems in near collapse and the threat of terminal war looming ever closer, is essential. So please think about it, and donate what you can. Every cent you donate to TGP is an investment in truth, and truth is the only shot we got. (Donations to TGP are tax-deductible.)
