Jimmy Dore outraged at Democrats’ transparent corruption and Bernie’s craven strategy

People who have followed Bernie Sanders over the years know quite well that the man has an aversion to actual political combat, which is a fatal flaw when masses of people have chosen you to be their tribune. Sanders is the type of very tepid social democrat or FDR liberal who would like to make omelets without cracking a single egg. His constantly conciliatory statements toward people who are out for his blood, and who rarely pull punches in hurling invective his way, are therefore often outrageous, almost designed to dissuade people from supporting his bid.  But the ultimate insult to those who have put their trust in him may yet come when he repeats his disgraceful 2016 performance and endorses Biden "for the good of the country" and "to defeat Trump", thereby endorsing a lie, for defeating Trump will not fix ANY of America's core problems, which are deeply systemic (Trump is indeed a direct outgrowth of such system) and the country will not return to some idyllic state it never inhabited before his coming to power, chiefly as a result of repeated Democrat betrayals.

So yea, we perfectly understand why Jimmy and his crew are apoplectic. We are too, and we never supported Sanders because we never trusted him, although recognise that his airing of important programmatic goals-especially Medicare for All—is a signal favor to an otherwise politically broken nation.

THE IDIOCY OR MASSIVE BAD FAITH OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE CALLED SANDERS A COMMIE, OR ANOTHER CASTRO, IS NOW CLEARLY REVEALED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A MINIMUM OF KNOWLEDGE AND COMMON SENSE.
