Why this clown, the "eunuch senator from Vermont", after all the flim flam, blatant sheepdogging, and betrayals still tries to inject his verbiage into the national debate is hard to fathom. Vanity? Lack of self-awareness? The cheering stopped, but no one has told him. He's got some nerve, that's for sure. But the rest of the (admittedly execrable) political establishment never respected him, seeing him as a mere annoyance. A mosquito with a big ego and lot of very naive followers.
