Syrian and Russian armed forces have carried out on Friday joint strikes on oil markets and smuggling stations in north and eastern Syria. The ballistic strikes destroyed oil tankers smuggling Syria's looted oil from territories occupied by the US to territories occupied by Turkish backed militants.

Geopolitical analyst Kevork Almassian offers his perspective on what many on the corporate media and fake left are calling "another human rights crime by the Assad regime". Haven't we heard this song before?

Results of the missile strike
Note that the video features "white helmet" crews on the scene, and the clip also uses drone views and a feature-film type musical score, denoting its high production value, the trademark of Western state actor support, most likely American or British.

'Missile Strike Destroys Syrian Oil Facility Used by Turkish-Backed Forces' A suspected Russian missile strike on an oil-loading facility used by Turkey-backed opposition forces in Syria has killed at least four people and wounded 24 more. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights blamed Russia for the attack, saying a Russian warship had fired three missiles that struck primitive oil refineries and tanker trucks in the region. Russia, which is a main supporter of Syrian President Bashar Assad in the country’s 10-year civil war, has not commented on the accusations.
