Both Russia and China are unique in being such large countries with somewhat diverse populations. I noticed in my travels that numerous ethnic groups lived together for centuries, not always harmoniously, but unlike the West, which wiped out its indigenous populations. It will be interesting to see what happens when both plaintiffs, Russia and China, start hammering away at US/West biowarfare programs that have been ongoing since at least the Korean War. What a great conversation. Thanks to Patrice and this site for making it happen and viewable. Wow, I have read Jeff Brown before, always liked him, but here he sure is full of useful information and analysis. I like his optimism. I may have to give this a 2nd listen in the morning.
