The combination of honesty and public courage is what defines Col. D. Macgregor (Ret.), one of the most cogent critics of the Neocon-manufactured indirect assault on Russia via Washington's Frankenstein, the new, Neonazi Ukraine. The media, as usual, have made this horrific and devious project not only possible but extremely successful. To this day they continue to fool a sizable portion of the US and Western public. Meanwhile, the world continues to play with nuclear fire. Those stoking these fires are war criminals.

Penn Charter School in Philadelphia and at the Virginia Military Institute, and graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a BS in general engineering in 1976. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia[2] in international relations in 1987.[3].
