Garland examines the dire situation confronting the empire now, as powerful rivals and "rebellious" nations crop up in various parts of the world, spelling de facto multilateralism, while the Empire's ideologues, the Neocons, insist on implementing supremacist policies based on US exceptionalism. Garland sees that no faction running the empire can solve the issues facing the US after almost a century of mounting abuses and crimes throughout the world, issues that the Democrat party has exacerbated through its astonishing corruption and warmongering, all part and parcel of being an arm of the Deep State. At this juncture, Garland notes, the opportunist Republicans are ready to "bury" the Democrats due to their investment in the Ukraine defeat, blaming them for the catastrophe. They're seeking to exploit the debacle, even cynically charging the Dems with inadequate support for Kiev!

The US government will simply write it off as an attempt to curb Russia, but never mind it will do so from Russia’s Southern neighbors (India for example next to Russia and China). Imperialism will never relinquish power unless forced to do so.
The elites in the US are so indoctrinated that they will see not defeat, but let the media propaganda make it into a victory. Ukraine will be remembered as a valiant effort. But NATO is friable and when US monetary help drains away it will fall apart. Next stop India.
