The Iran paper betrays its colonialism in the repeated sentence: “What to do about Iran” and “How to deal with Iran”. Iran is not and never has been the West’s poodle, not even when that West interfered with Iran’s politics. But there is the oil, the oil, the oil… As for poodles we have a rear-admiral for you, cheaper than the Brooklyn bridge.
