The assassination of a Hezbollah division general by Israel (a common tactic of the Zionist entity) has prompted a redoubling of Hezbollah attacks on Israeli targets to demonstrate that such cowardly blows will have no effect on Hezbollah's mission. The attacks by Hezbollah on Northern Palestine comprised even larger swarms of drones and missiles, aiming their weapons at key targets such an Israeli facility tasked with building armor for tanks and APCs. Hezbollah's systematic attacks on Israel Iron Dome and other AD shields have "blinded" the IDF, making their assaults far less effective.
Speaking about the Israeli economy, Laith points out that Israel doesn't have a real economy, since, without the West's governments prodding and guarantees to businesses, most corporations would be loath to build important facilities in what is essentially an unstable war zone. He also notes that the Houthis (Ansar Allah) have changed the balance of power between sea and land powers, restoring the strategic primacy of land-based militaries. Since WW2, the US Navy rarely had to contend with threats to its fleets, but the Houthis have conclusively demonstrated how the arrival of new war technologies such as drones, rockets and missiles have forced a dramatic change in the tactical and strategic capabilities of even a major superpower such as the US. (These changes have also affected the Russian and Chinese militaries—primarily but not exclusively land-based powers) but they seem to have adapted more quickly to the implications of such developments. In the case of Iran, this nation realised long ago that it could not compete in terms of advanced navies and aviation, so it concentrated its resources on drones and missiles, making Iran one of the world's leaders in this technology).
