There's power in numbers, power that the enemy cannot hope to match. This is the primal power that the masses possess and which the oligarchs fear. Put it to use by becoming an influence multiplier. This is plain truth and common sense. Like the USSR which was blamed for their bad decisions, because it was constantly threatened by the West, Palestinians and Hamas are no angels. But their survival is at stake and that obviates any mistake they may make. As for poor populations, the elite would prefer to be without them as seen in the elimination of the poor Asians tried in Vietnam. And for that matter the indigenous American Indians.
