Venezuela’s socialists win elections in landslide – so US tries to discredit them

Election results: Regions marked in red show the government's victories. Blue regions denote the opposition. The government also won in Caracas, the capital. The US disinformation campaign is trying to convince the usually benighted American population that the election was a sham (as they just did in connection with Nicaragua's own elections), but the evidence is strong and clear. That has never stopped the imperialists from distributing bald-faced lies, so we expect the same accusations to continue unabated. The object is always the same: character assassination of a country's chosen political path and leadership with a view to opening the gates to economic, political and kinetic attacks. The goal is regime change to please the plutocrats that own the US government and its vassals around the globe. To its immense shame, the hypocritical United States remains the globe's chief exporter of counter-revolution, wrapped in cynical lies.
