During a recent sparsely attended town hall event, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was confronted by anti-war activists who demanded that AOC stop supporting the war in Ukraine that is rapidly leading the US and Russia to the brink of nuclear war. Instead of engaging with her critics, Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez called the activists “rude,” insisted they wait their turn in line and later upbraided them for shouting over a deaf constituent who she alleged had been trying to speak.

Protesters Disrupt AOC Listening Forum in Astoria Queens

This is the ONLY video clip we could find where AOC is seen clearly "jive-talking" her by now-forgotten constituents. Some may see this as "cute", but we think it's a naked effort by her to re-ingratiate herself with the crowd, reminding them of her socioeconomic roots, "I'm one of you", kind of thing, which is really an insult to their intelligence. Queens, New York - Shouting Protesters Disrupted part of AOC Listening Forum event in Astoria. This evening a group attempted to disrupt the Listening Forum Event at the boys and girls club in Astoria, Queens where AOC was speaking to local community. The protest group was there to speak up against AOC and protest against crime rates going up in NYC, against the LGBTQ+ community housing and Mandates, some spoke against Ukraine among other topics. The group started to chant “AOC has got to go” while playing bongo drums as AOC “danced” along to their chants. At one point the lights shut off and AOC was escorted out of the room. She returned once the lights were back on and could be heard saying “I’m not allowed to be in a room with the lights turned off” Pro AOC supporters then clapped and thanked her for being at the event.
