The two-state solution is nonsense because there is hardly any land left after the mostly American settlers absorbed most of Palestine (the West Bank and Israel included). The Americans had a very good and safe life in the US and are thus old-fashioned colonialists. The only rational and just solution is that Israel becomes a secular state wherein everyone has equal status as citizens, where a sort of reparation acceptable to the Palestinians is arranged and where anyone is free to practice her/his religion.
