Garland dives deep to explore the nature of Ukraine and the Ukraine War ("the Ukraine Project", as US neocons call it). For starters, Garland affirms that Ukraine is not so much a nation, let alone an independent, sovereign nation, as Western propaganda claims, as a tool of the West to harm and irritate Russia so as to provoke the conditions for social turmoil that could usher in the overthrow of Vladimir Putin. Ukraine is not making the critical war decisions, notes Garland, and this is especially true for the deployment and use of advanced weapons, whose use is decided and implemented entirely by NATO.
The ultimate end is to remove Russia as a great, peer power blocking US global domination, and the same goes for China and other powers such as Iran, Brazil, and others that may aspire to independent action and sovereign multilateralism. The strategy being used by the West is constant terrorism and war. Having lost the war in Ukraine, a huge humiliation, the West is clearly engaged in a campaign of indefinite terrorism inside the Russian Federation and its BRICS allies. In this effort, the West relies on numerous "assets" cynically created over the years, chiefly ISIS, al-Qaeda and other extreme jihadists. These groups were first created by the West "to give Russia its own Vietnam" in Afghanistan, a criminal policy first developed under Jimmy Carter and intensified under Reagan. The fact that ISIS an its branches are controlled by the CIA, MI6 and other Western intel services is clear and documented. Besides, a simple look at history shows a curious fact: these Arab extremists, once fully backed by Saudi Arabia, have never attacked Israel, nor for that matter the US, or other major colonising powers of the West.

Things to keep in mind...
Neo-Nazi ideology has become one of the main protagonists of political and social life in Ukraine since the 2014 coup d'état. Meanwhile, fascist ideology and blatant lies also permeate the consciousness of most people in the West. Those in the comfortable top 10%, the "PMCs" (Professional Managerial Class), are especially vulnerable. They support and disseminate such ideas. They are the executors of the actual ruling class' orders, those in the 0.001%, who remain largely invisible. The PMCs are the political class, the media whores, the top military brass, some people in academia, and the "national security/foreign policy" industry honchos. Push back against these unethical, contaminated people with the truth while you can.
