PRECIS by the Editor:
Leading civil libertarian and geopolitical analyst Garland Nixon sounds the tocsin about our vanishing constitutional rights—every American should listen
While fascists in any general population—including the US and Britain—always exist but rarely exceed 10 or 15%, the fascists in the ruling elites, says Garland, constitute the vast majority, probably 90% or more. That certainly applies to the US elite, one of the most powerful, devious, hypocritical, and paranoid in history, and the one currently leading the blood-soaked, hegemonic white empire. We could not agree more.
Gaza, however, with its torrent of unspeakable Israeli atrocities, more than Ukraine, has triggered a huge loss of narrative control for the Empire and its protegé, the Zionist entity. Thus, despite their military, political, and media power, and assumed supremacy, the Zionists have so far, for the first time, lost the p.r. war to an improbable and usually vilified enemy. This has accelerated the process of cracking down on the democratic practices and free speech (such as they are), enjoyed by the masses, with the increasingly frantic elites now swiftly replacing the web of "liberal democracies" with globalist totalitarian regimes that have little patience with dissidents.
The end result is that the Western ruling class, the same class that spent generations warning us about the horrors, the horrors (sic) of communist tyranny, is now hell-bent on a subterranean campaign of repression, rolling back American and European citizens rights, and in the US systematically emasculating free speech and other vital amendments, precisely at a point when they are desperately needed. It's no surprise, then, that a coordinated campaign of harassment and intimidation that includes shameless slander and outright demonisation is being employed to silence (and make an example) of some of the most effective voices and internet sites that dare denounce the Empire's insatiable drive to war and incurable criminality. Among these you can count Scott Ritter, The Grayzone, and The Greanville Post.
