EDITOR—Matt Orfalea in one of his inimitable spoofs demonstrates that for all its ostensible diversity, US media does not dare deviate from the official monotonic narrative on any of the important topics defining reality for most people in the West. This was seen, for example, with the phenomenon of Russiagate, still an unchallenged hoax now making a comeback with the expected victory of Trump in 2024, and currently the narrative gyrations covering the Ukraine fiasco, the imperial genocide of Palestinians, and the constant demonisation of Washington’s main designated enemies, Russia, China, and Iran.

EDITOR—Sabby presents the “debate” between “Rabbi” Shmuley —a shameless Zionist propagandist—and Norman Finkelstein, first aired on the Piers Mrgan show, with Shmuley, as usual, trying to buffalo his opponent, while Norman remains absolutely calm in the face of a torrent of ad hominem provocations. Piers Morgan doesn’t help much as a moderator; the man clearly has his orders from above, so he actually piles on Norman Finkelstein until the latter puts him in his place. Sabby, meanwhile, champing at the bit, literally boils with rage and frustration while Norman does not seem unduly unruffled by Shmuley’s insults. It’s clear she would have probably disposed of Shmuley on the first round.

EDITOR—As Israel’s attack on Gaza civilians continues unabated in military ferocity and statements of criminal intent by Netanyahu’s regime more than three months after the start of the conflict, it’s becoming clear to many people that the Zionist campaign has been primarily not about the release of hostages, but about massive ethnic cleansing with the tacit support of its Western enablers.

EDITOR—The latest conflict with Hamas has led to a virtual tsunami of misinformation, disinformation and outright lies coming from Israeli authorities about Hamas atrocities, much of it repeated by an uninquisitive and uncritical mainstream media. But now one of Israel’s top newspapers, Haaretz, has published an exhaustive investigation into just some of those lies — beheaded babies, disemboweled pregnant women, children burned alive, etc. — and the results are genuinely shocking. PLUS: Miko Peled reminding us to RAISE the bar of our demands on Israel—a ceasefire is not enough. It’s time for the international community to demand an embargo on weapons to Israel, an immediate no-fly zone over Gaza, a blockade on Israel, and the unconditional release of all Palestinian prisoners. That has to be the bare minimum.
