RAMIN MAZAHERI—I’m not amazed that the Western media views Mao as “100% wrong”: The West has been an imperialist, extremist, racist culture for 500 years, and a rabidly anti-socialist one for 100 years.
But I am surprised that Western leftists don’t defend Mao even 30%. Their main problem is: they have not bought books like Brown’s…because books like Brown’s simply did not exist until very, very recently. -

After hosting David Pear on the show today, my convictions are considerably reinforced. Not much has changed in the last 5,000 years, with the gates of this ancient city changing “owners” 44 times (a coincidence to my book’s title).

Which is meaningful. For one, England has a complete ban on private ownership of guns, and knives are the most expedient method of assassination.
