HU XIJIN—The US and the West have found it much more difficult than expected to defeat Russia. They know that China has not provided military aid to Russia, and the question that haunts them is: if Russia alone is already so difficult to deal with, what if China really starts to provide military aid to Russia, using its massive industrial capabilities for the Russian military?

ERIC ZUESSE—The argument in favor of RussChina (or “ChinUssia”) is based upon the two core factors for forming a nation: economics, and ideology. Existing nations already provide examples of multilingual countries such as Switzerland and Canada; and many countries also contain two or more religions, but the two most important factors for national success are continuous landmass, and ideological harmony. The United States was almost destroyed by the ideological clash that produced the Civil War and that still simmers and continues to weaken the country, even today.

BROWN—I don’t even know if the US generals and Joe Biden know that since 1961, China and North Korea have had a mutual defense treaty and they just renewed it, agreed to continue it, I think maybe a year or two ago. So that if the United States does get into a physical war with China, they will automatically be in a physical war with North Korea and nobody wants to mess with the North Koreans. I mean, can you imagine 1.2 million North Korean soldiers pouring across the 38th parallel, I mean, into South Korea? I mean, the United States is trying to attack China. And the DPRK has thermonuclear multi-headed intercontinental ballistic missiles that can take out the East Coast of the United States. These people are just unbelievable.

ALASTAIR CROOKE—The Biden Administration had bet all on a containment strategy intended to avoid a two-front war – a strategy that has not worked out, as expected. More than that, the shooting down of the Chinese balloon and the ensuing anti-Chinese battle cries emanating from all quarters in the U.S. convinced the Chinese that their earlier, November attempt at détente with U.S. and Europe at the Bali G20 was ‘dead in the water’.

ERIC ZUESSE—The world that Truman started on that day in 1945 has shaped the world that we all live in today. Truman’s decisions shaped it by enormously increasing wars and deaths and war-dismemberments and destructions and refugees, and especially by creating (and most especially by the continued cooperation of all U.S. Presidents since the time of GHW Bush who secretly decided to continue the Cold War on the U.S. side) the danger that we all now face, of a nuclear Armageddon.
