RAINER SHEA—What it means is that it would be a mistake to embrace pan-leftism just because these protests are having a positive impact. We can’t interpret the successes of the protests as proof that we can ignore the advice Stalin gave, and trust radical liberals (radlibs) to help lead the struggle. Because these radlibs are capable of preventing the struggle from reaching its next stages beyond these first uprisings.

BILLY BOB— If the elites are “communist” why is communism so demonized by the power structures of the West?
So this is where the narrative pivots and does its best to pander to the inculcated ignorance of its intended victims. By redefining “communism” as, “everything that conservatives oppose”. There are truly no limit to the “evils” which conservatives are happy to blame communism for. A lecture from one of the narrative’s top proponents, James Lindsay, is entitled “Maoism With American Characteristics”. In this lecture, Lindsay panders to American ignorance by claiming Mao was an agent of the elites and that American elites want to revisit the evils upon the American people that Mao visited upon the Chinese people.

Bill Maher Keeps Getting Worse | The Kyle Kulinski Show
7 minutes readEDITOR—We are revolted by Bill Maher’s vile trajectory from mildly progressive but usually funny comedian to his current incarnation as an insidious and mostly unfunny defender of a rotten global imperialist status quo, with emphasis on the defence of the morally bankrupt Zionist entity. So we are happy to see Kyle Kulinski, an ambitious liberal (and current Krystal Ball’s team-mate) take Maher to the woodshed, which he richly deserves. But we hold no long-term hope of consistent leftism for Kulinski, who, as a liberal, and often comfortable establishmentarian celebrity, may disappoint us sooner than we expect.

JOSHUA FRANK—After throwing a foot-stomping tantrum earlier this morning, Shai Davidai, an untenured Columbia University business professor, was denied access to parts of campus. A self-proclaimed Zionist, Davidai is an Israeli-American who served in the IDF (“proud of it”) and has continually harassed Columbia’s pro-Palestine activists, labeling them anti-semitic, pro-Hamas “terrorists.” On several occasions, Davidai called for the National Guard to be brought in to brutalize pro-Palestine students. He’s even gone so far as to characterize Columbia protestors as “Hitler-youth.”

The New McCarthyism: Congress Grills Columbia Univ. President Amid Crackdown on Pro-Palestine Protesters
18 minutes readDEMOCRACY NOW—In nearly four hours of grueling congressional testimony before the Republican-led Committee on Education and the Workforce, the president of Columbia University, Nemat “Minouche” Shafik, said she had taken serious action against accusations of antisemitism on campus in recent months amid Israel’s assault on Gaza, including dismissing or removing five faculty members from the classroom, suspending 15 students and suspending two student groups — Students for Justice in Palestine and Jewish Voice for Peace. Shafik’s visit to Capitol Hill is the latest in a series of hearings on alleged antisemitism at elite U.S. private schools.
