EDITOR—HISTORY is accelerating notes Col. Douglads Macgregor, as the collective West, led by the US continues to escalate its aggression on Russia with the object of exhausting her and eventually liquidating the hated “Putin regime”. That, of course, no matter how much the Neocons in the West try, is not likely to happen. However, the West’s constant and criminal provocations can at this point easily provoke a nuclear exchange with no winners. With a bloc led by criminals and mediocrities, blinded by a mendacious media and political class, the West is incapable of diplomacy, and, apparently, even the most elementary self-preservation instinct seems to be lacking. Macgregor also comments on Putin’s recent use of an ICBM to reply to Western provocations through their puppet in Kiev.

A “celebrity news” they didn’t want to show you: Jewish filmmaker calls out Israel’s ‘genocide in Gaza’ at Venice Film Festival
2 minutes readA Jewish-American film-maker expressed her solidarity with the suffering of the Palestinian people at the Venice Film Festival last September. “I stand in solidarity with the people of Palestine and their struggle for liberation.” Her brave statements were welcomed by many in the audience, probably contrary what might have happened if the venue had been in the USA.
Jewish American filmmaker Sarah Friedland expressed her solidarity with the Palestinian people as she accepted the Luigi de Laurentiis prize for best first film for Familiar Touch.
She expressed her solidarity with the Palestinian people on the 336th day of what she referred to as “Israel’s genocide in Gaza and the 76th year of occupation”. She stated that she believes it is the responsibility of film workers to use the institutional platforms they work through to redress “Israel’s impunity on the global stage”.

PAUL EDWARDS—War between Israel and Iran with the participation of The Empire cannot be contained, and all potential combatants know it. If The Empire assists Israel to ravage Iran, Russia will enter the war on Iran’s behalf. If this occurs, it will threaten the entire world.
The morally cowardly world runs less risk in uniting to stop Israel’s mass murder now, based on international law, than in watching passively as Netanyahu attacks Iran. Uniting to stop the murder can and should be done forcefully and diplomatically, thereby greatly lessening the risk of war.
The Empire would have to be confronted, but not militarily. It could still opt for world war if Israel attacked Iran massively but, facing united opposition to that lunacy, it would have to act in defiance of the wishes of the nearly united world. Even our jejune, shallow, reckless minders would have to give that decision grave thought, or their defective version of it.

EDITOR—Capt. Matthew Hoh discusses the volatile situation currently engulfing the world as Israel prepares to strike Iran and defences are beefed up on both sides. Capt. Hoh notes that in order to strike Iran, Israel will have to use its prized F-35 fleet and this will become a test of this plane’s actual capabilities. The world—and especially the Russians and Chinese—will surely be watching. The F-35s already have a poor reputation even in the US, where many qualified observers see it as hugely expensive, overdesigned, and highly prone to malfunction.
Capt. Matthew Hoh had nearly twelve years experience with the US military and the wars overseas with the United States Marine Corps, Department of Defense and State Department.

EDITOR—A former US aviator, Commander Graham Scarbro of the US Navy, reviewed the evidence of the Israeli strikes for the US Naval Institute. In a very revealing article, Scarbro notes that Israel ‘seems to have taken a notably different approach to collateral damage than US forces over the past few decades’. While the US has never demonstrated any significant concern for civilian casualties or ‘collateral damage’, it is worth noting that even senior US military officials have raised their eyebrows at the degree of Israel’s disregard for human life.
