DAN YASEEN—Gaza is five miles wide and 25 miles long. Israel has 170,000 troops and 465,000 reserves. The US has already sent two aircraft carriers to the Mediterranean with 10,000 sailors. The US is sending the US Army 101st Airborne Division to Jordan. Also, a rapid response force consisting of 2000 Marines has been there. The USA already has 60 to 80,000 troops stationed in the Middle East. It seems as if the United States is preparing for World War three. KIT KLARENBERG—After 18 months of devastating proxy warfare, the scale of the depletion of the Ukrainian military is so extensive that even mainstream sources have been forced to concede the cruel reality. On August 1, The Wall Street Journal reported that “between 20,000 and 50,000 Ukrainians” have “lost one or more limbs since the start of the war.” What’s more, the outlet notes, “the actual figure could be higher” because “it takes time to register patients after they undergo the procedure.”

LARRY JOHNSON—Wagner PMC was created by the GRU, Russia’s military intelligence organization. Think of it as the CIA’s Special Activities Division (SAD) on steroids. It is a para-military unit that carried out missions under the cover of a PMC but was controlled by the GRU. Wagner gave Russia the ability to carry out military missions without putting the reputation of the Russian military on the line. The military commanders of Wagner are former Spetznaz and conventional Russian military.
