Israeli Ground Operations Begin in Gaza as Wider US•led Regional War Looms
Update on the conflict in the Middle East for November 1, 2023.
This is Brian Berletic's superior analysis of developments in the Middle East, as the US and its client states maneuver to regain the offensive vis a vis the Multipolar world. Brian notes how Israel is playing is cards to attain sustainability in its attack on Gaza, while the US explores avenues to provoke a war with Iran on the basis of a policy paper prepared in 2009 by the Brookings Institution, one of many "national security" think tanks that study and suggest ways for Washington to deploy its economic, propaganda and military resources to conquer targeted nations and achieve global hegemony.
• Israel begins ground operations in Gaza.
• In addition to incursions in the north along the Mediterranean Sea and north of Gaza City, there is now Israeli forces moving to cut Gaza City off from the rest of the southern strip.
• This will isolate Hamas and other fighters giving Israel the advantage logistically and in terms of attrition.
• Israel may attempt to wait out Hamas rather than fight it directly and immediately.
• The slower tempo may mitigate domestic political unrest resulting from mounting Israeli losses.
• The US continues its military build•up in the region along with its attempt to frame Iran as responsible for the ongoing conflict.

SPECIAL REPORT—
Cold•blooded, cynical planning for a "war of choice", a war of aggression, to advance US hegemony.
The 2009 US Plan for Iran War Sees New Opportunity in Israeli Gaza Ops + Update on Ukraine
PRECIS
• Ukraine's "operational pause" is Kiev announcing the "Spring Offensive" has for all intents and purposes, ended.
• West continues to suffer setbacks in supplying ammunition to Ukraine including diverting much of it to Israel now.
• Israel continues air and ground attacks on Gaza, compounding a growing humanitarian catastrophe.
• US policymakers since at least as early as 2009 planned to provoke Iran into a conflict either directly or by proxy through Israel.
• The US is citing drone and rocket attacks on illegal US military bases in Syria and Iraq as a pretext to deploy anti•aircraft and anti•missile systems designed to down entirely different types of threats.
• It is clear that as the US had planned in 2009, Washington and its Israeli allies are preparing the battlefield ahead of a deliberate effort to goad Iran and its allies into a wider conflict.
• The US is fighting a 3 front proxy war through Ukraine in Eastern Europe against Russia, Israel in the Middle East against Iran, and Taiwan against the rest of China in Asia.
• With Iran’s role in supporting Russia’s successful military operation in Ukraine, the US has added incentive to eliminate Iran as a Russian•Chinese ally.
• The Middle East was transforming in favor of multipolarism with the US clearly attempting to disrupt the process by introducing widespread conflict.
• The US may feel the best possibility of success exists in the Middle East as its proxy war in Ukraine unravels and China’s military capabilities continue to close the gap between itself and US capabilities.

Blueprint for an attack on Iran, prepared by the Brookings Institution, a prominent American think tank dedicated to the expansion and maintenance of US power in the world. This document proves the criminal cynicism of our "foreign policy experts", and the indisputable immoral purposes for which US military, political, propaganda and diplomatic power are used.
