BATKO MILACIC—In the Russian mentality, mockery and mistreatment of prisoners is unacceptable. You can kill the enemy, but not torture. Russians in their ideology have always opposed themselves to the German Nazis with their concentration camps and gas chambers. So, if someone posted a video of the torture and murder of captured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian audience would explode with indignation, recognizing the perpetrators of such acts as war criminals.

However, the true reason for the appearance of Ukrainian torture videos lies not even in the different mentality of Ukrainian nationalists and Russians. In fact, Kiev propagandists deliberately give the green light to such videos. This is primarily done to scare Russian soldiers and reservists. And official Kiev does not pay much attention to these crimes.

ERIC ZUESSE—The U.S.-and-allied regimes display a contempt of their own ‘citizens’ (or “subjects”) by lying to us constantly, in order to pump up still further the international sales-volumes of America’s international mega-corporations such as Lockheed Martin and ExxonMobil. The aristocracies are playing a dangerous game, with everyone’s lives. (The British aristocracy has long called it “The Great Game”; or, now, “the Anglosphere alliances”; but, really, it’s Rhodesism, which started in 1877 and pits U.S. and UK against Europe and especially against Russia, so that the UK/U.S. “Special Relationship” will ultimately control the entire world. UK/U.S. target all of Europe to be their colonies, to exploit.

LARRY C. JOHNSON—I think the war in Ukraine is entering a new phase. Russia has reinforced troops on the front and supplied them with additional fire power. At some point before the end of the year I anticipate that Russia will launch a massive counter offensive. No matter how tenaciously and bravely the Ukrainian troops fight, they are at a disadvantage. They have limited supplies of artillery shells, reduced armor and no air support. While not impossible, it is unlikely that they will be able to stop a full blown Russian attack across a broad front.

Russia’s advances in rocketry keep adding superior weapons to her inventory of tactical and strategic assets the West is yet to match, and that may account for the fact NATO has not been too keen to seek a frontal attack on Russia herself. But does deterrence work with arrogant idiots drunk on US exceptionalism.

EAB—Presently Russia is hammering the crap out of Ukraine, lobbing 3 times more missiles into Ukraine daily than Ukraine can muster (20,000 vs 7,000 according to Colonel Doug MacGregor). “Most missiles launched by Ukraine are ground to air anti-missile missiles” (many are outdated S-300s, one which supposedly went “astray” into Poland, killing two civilians). The OUN also continue to shell the Russian occupied Zaporizhia nuclear power plant, even while insisting that the Russians are shelling themselves.
