Iran’s so-called “proxies” — be it Hezbollah or Houthis — have reached adulthood with a mind of their own, who would decide their own strategic positioning within the Axis of Resistance. They don’t require a life-support system from Tehran. It may take some time for the Anglo-Saxon strategists to get used to this new reality, but eventually they will.

They will probably lose anyway. For its part, the Deep State, in charge of managing the Empire of Lies big portfolio, finally cognizant that the war is lost, is busy trying to carve up some more time in Ukraine to secure a plausibly dignified off-ramp. Hence all this cynical noise we keep hearing in some quarters about the “need” to support Ukraine to fight as long as possible in our behalf, or soon Putin will take over Europe and our boys will have to fight and die “over there” to stop the big ugly Russian bear.
