Of humble beginnings, and a devout anticommunist, Missourian Harry Truman left his mark in history, for the worse, but, as usual, larger forces determined the nation's course.

Dr. Marco Soddu’s excellent 13 December 2012 study of “Truman Administration’s Containment Policy in Light of the French Return to Indochina” makes clear that (unlike FDR) President Truman’s historical understanding was poor and vulnerable to shaping by advisors who themselves had poor understanding, or perhaps ulterior motives.

President Roosevelt was far more of a strategic thinker than Truman was, and therefore was far less manipulable. In his 1 January 1945 Memorandum for the Secretary of State (Stenttinius, whom Truman viewed as being soft on communism and therefore Truman replaced him on 28 June 1945, even before deciding irrevocably to start a Cold War), FDR made clear that, “I still do not want to get mixed up in any Indochina decision. It is a matter for post-war.” And, “I made this very clear to Mr. Churchill. From both the military and civil point of view, action at this time is premature.” The aristocracies of both Britain and France were obsessed to continue their empires post-war. FDR held them off, but Truman was strongly inclined to yield to them whenever doing so would be “anti-communist.” He was simply manipulable. He never really understood what FDR’s vision was of the post-war world, nor cared. In fact, on 29 August 1945, in a conversation between Madam Chiang Kai-shek and Truman, “Madame Chiang recalled that President Roosevelt had spoken of a trusteeship for Indo China, whereupon the President stated that there had been no discussion of a trusteeship for Indo China as far as he was concerned.” This far, just a month, into the Cold War (supposedly against communism instead of for forming an all-inclusive global U.S. empire) that he now was committed to, he still had never even thought about what FDR’s vision for the post-WW2 world had been. To Truman, communists personified evil: to him, they were psychopaths and demons — end of story.

By contrast, here was the reason why FDR strongly favored for existing colonies to become taken over, after the War, by the U.N. (which FDR had, since August 1941, been planning to be quite different from what Truman made it), as trusteeships of the U.N., on the road quickly to independence (and Chiang knew at least something about this but Truman either didn’t, or else lied to say he didn’t):

I saw Halifax last week and told him quite frankly that it was perfectly true that I had, for over a year, expressed the opinion that Indo-China should not go back to France but that it should be administered by an international trusteeship. France has had the country — thirty million inhabitants — for nearly one hundred years, and the people are worse off than they were at the beginning. As a matter of interest, I am wholeheartedly supported in this view by Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek and by Marshal Stalin. I see no reason to play in with the British Foreign Office in this matter. The only reason they seem to oppose it is that they fear the effect it would have on their own possessions and those of the Dutch. They have never liked the idea of trusteeship because it is, in some instances, aimed at future independence. This is true in the case of Indo-China. Each case must, of course, stand on its own feet, but the case of Indo-China is perfectly clear. France has milked it for one hundred years. The people of Indo-China are entitled to something better than that.

Another sign of bad faith on the part of the United States against the Soviet Union — besides the Marshall Plan and Operation Gladio (both instituted by Truman) — seems to have been America’s public refusal to accept as being anything other than ‘communist tricks’ the repeated efforts by the Soviets to restore the U.S.-U.S.S.R. joint national-security cooperation that had existed prior to 25 July 1945. America’s responses to each of those Soviet initiatives were insults, instead of welcoming the Soviet proposals and working behind the scenes with them to obtain progress toward the type of world order that FDR had intended — a world order policed by the United Nations, not by the united imperialistic fascists. For example, on 19 September 1959 at the U.N. General Assembly, the Soviet Representative headlined “Declaration of the Soviet Government on General and Complete Disarmament” and presented a series of proposals including:

The destruction of all types of nuclear weapons and missiles;
The destruction of air force equipment;
The entry into force of the prohibition on the production, possession and storage of means of chemical and biological weapons in the possession of States shall be removed and destroyed under international supervision;
Scientific research for military purposes and the development of weapons and military equipment shall be prohibited;
War ministries, general staffs and all military and paramilitary establishments and organizations shall be abolished;
All military courses and training shall be terminated. States shall prohibit by law the military education of young people.
In accordance with their respective constitutional procedures, States shall enact legislation abolishing military service in all of its forms — compulsory, voluntary, by recruitment, and so forth. …

Editor's Note: Reflect for a moment on the above. Here is a bold proposal that could have significantly altered the course of human history, for the better, and it was being tendered by the much demonised Stalin and the communist Soviet Union. Such ideas never came from the sanctimonious and ever duplicitous West.

This [obfuscation and evasion by the U.S. (which on p. 16 was referred to as merely “proposals directed towards the establishment of control without disarmament”)] ultimately led [on 28 June 1960] to the USSR, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Poland and Romania not attending the 48th meeting of the Ten-Nation Committee, which signalled the end of these discussions in the Committee.

The U.S. Government refused to discuss the Soviet Union’s proposal for all war-weaponry to be placed under U.N. command, and decision-making only by the U.N., to enforce only U.N. laws — no longer under the command of individual nations (such as by the U.S. regime’s “international-rules-based [i.e., not international-law-based] order.”

Who benefited from America’s refusal even to discuss what had been U.S. President FDR’s aim for the post-WW-II world? The beneficiaries are what Eisenhower when leaving office called the “military industrial complex,” and are basically America’s hundred largest military contractors, especially the owners of the largest weapons-manufacturing firms such as Lockheed. Ike had served them well, and then three days before leaving office warned the public about them so as not to be blamed (along with Truman) by historians, for having created it.

Meanwhile, the German industrialists (such as this) who were likeliest to have been the individuals who had funded Hitler’s rise to power, were let off scot-free at the Nuremberg Tribunals after the war was over. Furthermore, as Bishnu Pathak documented in his 21 September 2020 “Nuremberg Tribunal: A Precedent for Victor’s Justice”, those Tribunals were, even at the time, widely condemned even by the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court and by the chief U.S. Prosecutor at the Tribunals, as being a “sanctimonious fraud,” a “high-grade lynching party” and nothing more than victors’ ‘justice’, instead of any respectable precedent-setter for the U.N., but Truman and the other leaders of the victor-powers simply did not care — and the U.N. became built upon that acceptance of victors’ ‘justice’: no improvement. One cannot say whether FDR would have caved to that if he had not died first, but certainly the U.S. that followed after him has been the type of tyranny that he had always been scheming to prevent both for the U.S. and for the world.

Nuremberg defendants—The trials seemed to mete out some harsh justice but in reality the Anglo-Americans and the French did their best to save and incorporate Nazis into the global anti-communist crusade, the first "Cold War". This pattern of high-handed hypocrisy continues to this day, with consequences that have put the world on the brink of a nuclear Armageddon.

Furthermore, the OECD or Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development was set up in 1948 nominally in order ‘to stimulate economic progress and world trade,’ but actually to administer the Marshall Plan. The OECD was just another anti-Soviet U.S. organization, but, since the cash that it was distributing was going to Europe, its initial membership was those countries and it was headquartered in Paris, so as not to seem to be an extension from the U.S. Government. The organization changed its name to OECD in 1961 so as to hide from historians that it had previously been called the OEEC, which was clearly traceable to the Cold War. The CIA-edited and written Wikipedia says that “In 1948, the OECD originated as the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation (OEEC),[7] led by Robert Marjolin of France, to help administer the Marshall Plan (which was rejected by the Soviet Union and its satellite states).[8]” However, it wasn’t “rejected by” them, but instead rejected them — just like the Marshall Plan itself rejected them.

The 1989 masterpiece by Christopher Simpson, Blowback: The First Full Account of America's Recruitment of Nazis and Its Disastrous Effect on The cold war, Our Domestic and Foreign Policy, documented the U.S. regime’s comprehensive employment of ‘ex’-Nazis in order to assist its goal of conquering ‘communism’ but really Russia. Then, on 7April 2024, I headlined a supplementary account, “How & Why the UK, U.S., and Canada, Governments imported Nazis into Canada”, which I closed by saying: “And this is how it came to be that the pro-Nazi Ukrainians in Canada have been organized and effectively represented while the others (the non-Nazi Ukrainians) were suppressed; and, above all, how it came to be the case that America’s armaments-manufacturers and their NATO have thrived while coup-after-coup and invasion-after-invasion have continued to expand the U.S. empire up till the present moment.” All of this was an extension from Truman’s private decision on 25 July 1945, and its extension by Bush’s secret decision on 24 February 1990 to continue it even after communism in Russia would be ended in 1991. Furthermore, my 23 March 2024 “How Germany Is Still Controlled by Nazis” documented yet further, that as regards the anti-Russian aspect of Hitler’s nazism, there was no real change in Germany when the U.S. regime took it over from Hitler (and the rest of it from Gorbachev), other than the necessary cosmetic changes in the new unified Germany, which, of course, required outlawing any public displays of anti-Semitism (as-if Hitler had hated only Jews — Jews were instead his main hatred, but he also hated — and aimed to enslave — all Russians, and, indeed, all Slavs).

I especially recommend reading Christopher Simpson’s masterpiece, because it’s the best book yet done on the then and continuing fraudulence of the U.S. regime’s allegations that the comprehensive denazification of Germany’s Government, which FDR had been intending, and which was central to his planning for the post-WW2 world — and which all three of the Allies, FDR, Stalin, and Churchill, had supported — was carried out, instead of effectively aborted, by Truman and by Eisenhower (with Churchill’s support of aborting it), and by all successive U.S. Presidents and European stooges since then. The inside-the-book excerpts at the Amazon site for Simpson’s masterpiece, give a fair indication of the book, including its “Series Introduction,” by Mark Crispin Miller, which says that, “For over half a century, America’s vast literary culture has been disparately policed, and imperceptibly contained, by state and corporate entities well placed and perfectly equipped to wipe out wayward writings,” including the history that this book documents.

The U.S. Government’s National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) had very reluctantly commissioned it, with an obligation to publish it, but then refused to publish the work because NARA’s top official refused to allow it. The team of investigators, headed by the work’s author, Simpson, finally found a publisher for the work, which was then, and since, suppressed. On 13 November 2010, Eric Lichtblau, whose chaotic anecdotal narrative book The Nazi Next Door was to be published in 2015, was the New York Times reporter headlining “Nazis Were Given ‘Safe Haven’ in U.S., Report Says”, and the newspaper introduced it by saying that, “An internal history of the United States government’s Nazi-hunting operation provides gripping new evidence about some of the most notorious Nazi cases of the last three decades. The Justice Department kept the 600-page report secret for the last four years, releasing a heavily redacted version last month to a private research group that sued to force its release. A complete version was obtained by The New York Times.” The 600-page complete unredacted secret report, titled “The Office of Special Investigations: Striving for Accountability in the Aftermath of the Holocaust”, by Judy Feigin from the U.S. Department of Justice, and dated December 2006, was linked-to in the online version of the article, and it stated, flat-out, on its page 33, that “Congress’ overriding concern at the time was in helping refugees escape communist rule.” In other words: the U.S. Government’s ‘anti-communist’ (actually pro-U.S.-empire) obsession, ever since Truman took over, included assisting Nazis and their supporters to become “refugees” in America and in its (after WW2) colonies (‘allies’). And this has continued, likewise secretly, ever since U.S. President GHW Bush on 24 February 1990 started telling America’s European stooges to secretly continue the ‘Cold War’.

Iraqi resistance wants to bring about a sea change in the Israeli genocide issue

The Iraqi resistance looks set to recruit and arm 12,000 Jordanian fighters to engage Israel. If they can stop the genocide, the world will owe them a debt of gratitude forever.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, a coalition of Iran-backed militias, claims to have struck a “vital target” in the Mediterranean Sea several days ago. A source in the group tells Al Jazeera that the target was the Karish gas rig off Israel’s northern coast.

Iran promised to retaliate against Israel for its attack on the Iranian embassy in Syria that killed several military personnel.

The US shrieked hysterically that Iraq may attack at any moment.

I have not posted much on the Iraqi resistance, because their activities are not as conspicuous as the others, although yesterday I wrote about the different fronts of the Axis of Resistance.

I had said that there are essentially 5 Resistance fronts and that the most prominent ones in the news since Oct 7 have been Hamas (of course) and Houthis in Yemen, but there are also Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Popular Mobilization Units (al-Hashd al-Shaabi) in Iraq, and the various pro-Assad militias in Syria.

Working in coordination with each other, but with little or no inter-communication (because each one knows the common goal, namely the liberation of Palestine), they are each taking bites out of the Israeli economy and worrying the Satanic elites in Tel Aviv.

The Houthis are costing Israel money by seriously disrupting Israel foreign trade with attacks on Israel-related shipping in the Red Sea, the Strait of Mandeb, the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean.

Hezbollah is attacking northern Israel by firing rockets into illegal settlements and prompting their evacuation.

Syrian popular resistance units (not to be confused with the “resistance” to Assad) are escalating their attacks against the US-sponsored Kurdish separatist SDF terrorist group in the northern region, their latest operation included targeting two of the separatists’ posts in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, where the US is plundering oil resources belonging to the impoverished Syrian people.

The Popular Mobilization Units and their factions are launching attacks on US bases

in Iraq, where the US military continues to exist without the blessings of the Iraqi people and parliament. These units plainly state that they will not halt their attacks until Israel pulls out of Gaza.

I will mention Hamas only for the sake of completeness. We all know who they are.

These fronts are all acting like a swarm of hornets, attacking individually but yet in perfect harmony, creating major discomfort for the Combined West and especially Israel.

Iraqi Resistance Front: Increasing qualitative escalation

Iraqi resistance operations

The operations of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq continue at a steady pace, within the framework of the front of support for the Palestinian resistance during the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood. But last week it was marked by escalation, in terms of the identity of Israeli targets.

In recent days, the Iraqi resistance launched its operations as follows:

_A vital Israeli target in the Galilee region, whose identity was not revealed (Sunday, March 31, 2024).

_ A drone was launched towards the naval military base in Eilat, and it exploded near the “Sa’ar 6” ship (Monday, April 1, 2024).

_Tel Nof Israeli Air Base (Tuesday, April 2, 2024).

_ Targeting Haifa Airport, which is used for civilian and military aircraft, and attacking a vital Israeli target in occupied Ashdod (Wednesday, April 3, 2024).

_Ramat David Air Base in northern occupied Palestine (Thursday, April 4, 2024).

This sample of operations confirms what the American camp of weakness has always tried to deny, that the capabilities of the Iraqi resistance will not be able to cross Jordan and its systems, which are devoted to defending the temporary entity, so that the Iraqis were able to target the entire geography of occupied Palestine from the sea to the river.

Al-Nujaba: Readiness to take any action against Israel

In a related context, the Islamic Resistance - Al-Nujaba Movement, confirmed last Tuesday that it is ready to take any action in response to Israel’s violations, following the Israeli Air Force’s targeting of the Iranian consulate in Damascus, and its assassination of a number of leaders of the Quds Force in Lebanon and Syria, affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. At the forefront of the martyrs is Major General Mohammad Reza Zahedi.

Various Iraqi resistance factions also warned the United States of America that they would increase the number of armed operations, in response to the Biden administration's continued provision of military assistance to the Israeli army, which is killing civilians in the Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon.

Arming the Jordanian resistance

As for the unprecedented step, which if it happens will constitute a strong strategic blow to Israel, America, and the Arab rulers behind them (who sold out the Palestinian cause decades ago), it is due to what Kataib Hezbollah announced this week of its readiness to arm and equip 12,000 fighters in the Islamic Resistance in Jordan, with the recommendation of the Hamas and Islamic Jihad movements. This threatens to open a wide front against Israel that may be more dangerous than all the other fronts, due to its geographical advantages that threaten the various occupation settlements, and many of its very sensitive targets (the capital, Tel Aviv, the nuclear facilities, etc.).

Following the assassination of Commander Zahedi, the Hezbollah Brigades announced that it had prepared weapons, anti-armor launchers, and tactical missiles for 12 fighters in the Islamic Resistance in Jordan. The security official for the Brigades, Abu Ali Al-Askari, added, in a post on his channel on the Telegram application, that the Islamic Resistance in Iraq has prepared its equipment to equip the Islamic Resistance in Jordan to meet the needs of 12,000 fighters with light and medium weapons, anti-armor launchers, tactical missiles, millions of rounds of ammunition, and tons of explosives, so that we can be one hand to defend our Palestinian brothers. He expressed the readiness of the resistance in Iraq to begin preparations, and that it is sufficient for this to be recommended by the Hamas or Islamic Jihad movements, in order to then begin first by “cutting off the land road that reaches the Zionist entity.”

The resistance axis hand is the highest

All of these Iraqi developments indicate that the Palestinian resistance, and behind it the supporting and nurturing axis of resistance, have many options and power cards (which cannot be used all at once, but rather at an incremental pace), making its hand - i.e. the axis - the highest and capable of achieving certain victory and thwarting all... Israeli and American… plans, and all these sacrifices (particularly of the martyrs and wounded) only lead to an increase in determination and will until all ambitions are achieved

The Ministry of Defense reported on a group strike on Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises

The Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of two launchers of the French-Italian SAMP/T air defense system near Kharkov. During the day, air defense shot down more than 200 drones, a Hammer bomb and HIMARS shells

On the night of April 6, Russia attacked enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, where armored and automotive equipment were produced and repaired, as well as military airfields and points of deployment of foreign military personnel, as reported by the Ministry of Defense.

During the attack, the military used long-range, sea- and air-launched precision weapons [that would be missiles] and drones, the ministry said, adding that the targets of the strike were were hit.

Aviation, missile forces and artillery destroyed two launchers of the SAMP/T anti-aircraft missile system made in France and Italy, in the Kharkov area, the department said. SAMP/T Mamba is the first European medium-range anti-missile system. It was developed by the Eurosam consortium, and its Aster missiles are capable of intercepting air targets at a distance of 600 km.

During the day, air defense systems shot down 205 Ukrainian drones, a Hammer guided bomb, six HIMARS missiles and a Hurricane.

The Ministry of Defense reported 39 strikes on military and energy facilities in Ukraine

The head of the Kharkov regional administration Oleg Sinegubov and the mayor of Kharkov Igor Terekhov previously reported a night attack in the city, which killed six people and injured 11 more. Terekhov reported a damaged gas station.

Explosions were heard in the Ukrainian-controlled city of Zaporozhye, said the head of the local military administration, Ivan Fedorov. According to him, industrial enterprises came under attack. In the Khmelnitsky region, Strana writes, the city of Starokonstantinov, where a military airfield is located, was attacked. [This airfield gets hit really often]

The Russian Ministry of Defense emphasizes that attacks are carried out only on military and energy facilities of Ukraine and related infrastructure.

According to the Russian military department, the Russian Armed Forces launched a strike with precision weapons and UAVs on various objects of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine.

“Tonight, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a group strike with high-precision long-range sea- and air-based weapons, unmanned aerial vehicles on enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine that produced and repaired armored and automotive equipment, UAVs, military airfields and temporary deployment points of foreign mercenaries. The objectives of the strike have been achieved. All designated targets were hit,” the department’s press service noted.

The Ministry of Defense said that two French-Italian SAMP-T launchers were destroyed in the Kharkov area.

“Operational-tactical aviation, missile forces and artillery of groupings of troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the area of the city of Kharkov destroyed two launchers of the SAMP-T anti-aircraft missile system of French-Italian production, and also defeated the personnel and military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 133 areas. Air defense systems shot down 205 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles, a Hammer guided aerial bomb made in France, as well as six HIMARS and Uragan missiles,” the Russian Ministry of Defense said.

Military expert Boris Rozhin reported in his Telegram channel that last night the Russian Armed Forces attacked the Planeta Mall shopping center in Kharkov, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces stored missiles for MLRS.

Your report on the evacuation of Israelis from settlements disappointed me because you failed to mention that the Israelis displaced by Hezbollah rockets were from ILLEGAL settlements.

Kiryat Shmona is illegal and those settlers were there in violation of international law, which explains Hezbollah’s attacks.

If you admit these inconvenient facts to your readers, fewer Israelis will get hurt or lose their homes. When these settlers decided to build homes in the illegal settlements, none of the Western news sources – including yours – told them that they would be living there illegally and that the Resistance might frown on that.

Incomplete reporting is hurting Israel.

The constant rain of US propaganda has rendered comatose even the survival instinct of most Americans.

Introduction

I have read Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s new book, “The Wuhan Cover-Up and the Terrifying Bioweapons Arm Race”. It is a masterpiece of research, investigation, connecting the dots, and contextualizing for what is probably modern humanity’s most pressing issue. While Kennedy and I disagree on many key points, I cannot underestimate how important this book is in informing you about the role bioweapons play in modern politics, geopolitics, economics and war.

I am a co-founder of the Bioweapon Truth Commission and the curator of its Global Online Library. Yet, I learned so much from this book that it left my jaw hanging. As I was reading Kennedy’s book, I kept thinking two things. First, I can’t believe this man is running for president of the United States and will unfortunately not get elected. And secondly, if I ever needed a trial lawyer, he would be the one I’d like to have.

I have been subscribing to Kennedy’s newsletter and website, the Children’s Health Defense (https://childrenshealthdefense.org/), which has thankfully enhanced my arc of awareness that I never knew before, about vaccines and corrupt medical practices, especially since the advent of Western mRNA genetic modification shots (https://chinarising.puntopress.com/2020/03/07/its-all-here-the-china-rising-radio-sinoland-covid-19-chemical-and-bioweapon-file-film-and-tape-library/). This new book really ties together the nexus between vaccines, Big Pharma, the military, and the CIA.

“The Wuhan Cover-Up and the Terrifying Bioweapons Arm Race”, coupled with Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s previous book, “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health”, are a one-two punch to really explain so much of what is going on behind our headlines today (https://www.amazon.com/stores/Robert-F.-Kennedy-Jr./author/B09KQXYQ9Y). I have spent many hours poring over “The Wuhan Cover-Up” and many more writing this book review. I have meticulously annotated it and looked up scores of references that are in the back of the book. It has well over 2,000 references. I can only think of one other author who writes investigative books like this that are so thoroughly researched, and that is John Potash, whom I have had the pleasure of interviewing, and among many US government assassinations and subterfuge, covers RFK Jr’s father and uncle (www.chinarising.puntopress.com/search/?q=potash).

Without further ado, I strongly encourage everybody to read Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s last two books, “The Real Anthony Fauci” and “The Wuhan Cover-Up”. They will open your eyes to the sordid, corrupt and satanic Western underworld that is controlling much of humanity and trying to drive us into a totalitarian dystopia.

After reading them, hopefully it will give you and all of us ammunition to try to put a stop to the potential destruction of the human race. It is that important.

Yet, there is a clear difference between the USA versus USSR/Russia and China. The latter two have been repeatedly attacked with BW and chemical weapons (CW) by the prior, since 1945. There is no evidence that the latter have used their BW programs for offensive warfare. In December of 2007, Dr. Baric published an extraordinarily candid paper that explained his purpose in conducting such experiments and that set the stage for all future gain-of-function research. Thanks to Anthony Fauci, Dr. Baric is one of the top recipients of NIH funding. Some 200 grants from NIAID and NIH and hundreds of papers in his curriculum vitae have helped Dr. Baric earn his unofficial title as the “Godfather of Weaponized Viruses” and the world’s leading authority on coronaviruses.

Following Shiro Ishii’s strategy, the virology community and its government funders routinely claim that the purpose of gain-of-function science is to predict natural spillovers and to develop countermeasures vaccines. But Dr. Baric’s 2007 article unabashedly celebrates the recent revolutions in synthetic biology, genetic engineering, and cloning technologies as potential boons to a brave new era in bioweapons development. In contrast to his later statements, the Dr. Baric of 2007 adopted a refreshing frankness about the martial purpose of his gain-of-function dabbling. While Baric’s article periodically invokes the obligatory propaganda tropes that mask GOF as purely defensive or benevolent science, they seem like window dressing to an otherwise naked and giddy appeal to an audience of potential funders principally committed to developing bioweapons.

Dr. Baric begins by warning that traditional biodefense strategies are focused on the “small group of plant, animal, and human pathogens with bioweapons potential that occur in nature” and “counterterrorism think tanks anticipate that these particular threats will ameliorate over the next decade because of medical countermeasures, (e.g., drugs, vaccines, diagnostics)”. After suggesting Mother Nature has little more to offer in the way of weapons, Baric then proclaims that advances in genetic engineering and synthetic biology can be used to create new biological weapons able to evade these traditional medical defenses. He urges the bioweapons cartel to waste no time launching a new arms race by exploiting these new GOF technologies. “The technology to synthetically reconstruct genomes is fairly straightforward and will be used, if not by the United States, then by other Nations throughout the world. Given Baric’s central role in the GOF arena, his reflections lend a sinister context to the entire field of study.

In the years after Baric published this paper, bioweapons enthusiasts began “assessing the potential for viral spillover”, the new euphemism for bioweapons research and development. Some version of this core phrase suddenly became a ubiquitous contrivance for concealing bioweapons science in dozens of NIH, USAID, and NSF grant applications.

In the years leading up to his ominous 2007 paper, Baric had explored numerous techniques for coaxing animal viruses to become more deadly and to infect humans. All of these were inherently limited by the known difficulties of culturing coronaviruses. Already by 2002, Baric had perfected a technique, with the help of Mark Denison, that circumvents these difficulties.

JJB: It was Baric who wanted Shi’s field research to weaponize coronavirus genomes found by Shi, and he was happy to teach her his dark arts to get those genomes.

According to Baric: “We talked after the meeting. I asked her whether she’d be willing to make the sequences to either the SHC014 or WIV1 spike available after she published. And she was gracious enough to send us those sequences almost immediately – in fact, before she’d published”.

Baric’s specialty, synthesizing super infectious clones of naturally occurring viruses, solved one of the long-standing challenges of CoV research: the near impossibility of culturing most species in vitro.

JJB: Shi field discovered viruses, Baric weaponized them and with Daszak using Fauci’s NIH money, taught her how to do it.

JJB: Shi’s central problem? Who’s doing the weaponizing? It’s Baric’s project and goal to weaponize SHC014, not Shi’s. This war crime of Baric’s was a giant step towards creating COVID-19.

JJB: Why would Fauci, Baric and Daszak allow this, called by a Stanford University bioengineer, “an actual scandal” and other scientists, “It’s so recklessly dangerous”. Because the CIA wanted to spy on China at all costs.

In the report above, China contributed in US$28,719,905 out of a total Assessed Contributions = $246,763,095, or 11.6%. However, this is only 20% of the total WHO budget, so China’s total contributions to WHO are only 2.3%.

It’s worth repeating that Gates was heavily invested in the pharmaceutical companies that benefited from the rise in “Pandemic Preparedness and Response”, that his quasi-governmental organizations, including CEPI, advocated. Gates, whose investment strategy is often referred to as “philanthrocapitalism”, boasts that his vaccine enterprise is the best investment I’ve ever made, with his $10 billion investment yielding “$200 billion in social and economic benefits”.

My closing comments and observations

I again congratulate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. for putting this book together. It is a monument to fine research, investigation and thorough contextualization.

I learned so much. It was not just Big Pharma and DOD, but the CIA was on board the BW train from day one and running the show. Operation Paperclip morphed into DARPA. The US’s BW-CW attacks on American citizens and allies are magnitudes more than I could previously show. Using UV light and radiation, the US was already weaponizing germs in the 1960s and doing reverse genetic engineering in the early 1980s, including coronaviruses. BW labs in the USA, and we can assume elsewhere, have leaks on an almost daily basis. How many people get sick or die and we are not even aware of it? How many leaks are intentional, for testing purposes? The West has no qualms about using their citizens as unaware lab rats and guinea pigs.

I am shocked how mainstream and encouraged bioweapon research is in leading universities and institutions around the world. It’s banal that a Nobel Prize winner weaponizes germs. Research journals are full of thousands of studies that are blatant recipes to wipe out the human race, livestock and poultry, and apparently that is A-OK.

I will nevermore believe anything that science journalism and research journals print. They have become completely prostituted to Big Pharma and CIA/DOD. There are no consequences, no punishment, no shame for the West’s BW-vaccine criminals against humanity. Led by the USA, the West has over 300 germ warfare labs on every continent, except Antarctica and thousands more back home, one not far from where you live. It compromises and corrupts governments around the world, because everybody wants to have inside access, in hopes of protecting themselves.

China is no different. As the most BW-CW attacked country in the 20^th-21^stcentury, they hitched their wagon to the Western BW train, after the US’s SARS attack on China in 2003. Ralph Baric, Dr. COVIDmaker himself was already reaching out to the Chinese, having just perfected his now infamous reverse genetic engineering, i.e., weaponization of coronaviruses. In 2008, Fauci, Baric and Daszak started pouring BW research money and knowhow into China, and the Chinese, desperate to have inside access to their attackers’ technology, along with international virology respectability, were happy to be students.

It would be like the USA paying Chinese scientists in the 1950s to work and learn how to make the atom bomb in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Of course we accept! Until 2012, the question must be asked, why did Fauci, Baric and Daszak commit treason against the West? Was the CIA already calling the shots and demanding in-country access to spy on the Chinese?

Because that is what happened in 2012, when the CIA’s spy network in China got wiped out. At this point, for sure the CIA was pushing their asset, Peter Daszak to spare no time and expense to be in China, gathering intelligence on China’s progress in bioweapons, all taught to them by Daszak and Baric, paid for by Fauci. While Daszak is surely CIA, Baric seems to be beholden to the US military. Ditto Fauci, as NIH is controlled by the Pentagon.

RFK, Jr. makes a good case that COVID-19 was released by the Wuhan Institute for Virology (WIV), in the autumn of 2019. However, Baba Beijing’s original charge that it was released by the 300+ US soldiers attending the World Military Games (WMG) there is, chronology-wise, a more plausible story. In any case, Spain announced that it had found COVID-19 in-country no later than March, 2019, six months before the WMG (https://web.ub.edu/en/web/actualitat/w/sars-cov-2-detected-in-waste-waters-in-barcelona-on-march-12-2019), and was detecting unusual respiratory ailments a year before that. More evidence of respiratory illnesses and deaths right around Fort Detrick in the spring and summer of 2019 is also extremely suspicious, especially since the CDC took the dramatic step of shutting down Fort Detrick’s BW work that summer, for unacceptable handling of germs.

Thus, we have two possible leaks, WIV and Fort Detrick, with confirmations in Spain and Italy, well before the world-infamous outbreak in Wuhan in November 2019.

RFK, Jr. goes to great lengths to blame China for the cover-up of COVID-19’s origins. My careful review of the evidence provided in his book clearly shows that Western actors were the leaders and teachers. The Chinese were subordinate followers and students. It was Western actors who reached out to the Chinese and eagerly gave them all the secrets of BW dark arts, only getting some bat genomes and desperate CIA espionage access inside China in return.

I did find one glaring bad source that is a key accusation in the book,

Yet, there is a clear difference between the USA versus USSR/Russia and China. The latter two have been repeatedly attacked with BW and chemical weapons (CW) by the prior, since 1945. There is no evidence that the latter have used their BW programs for offensive warfare. America has hundreds of BW development labs on every continent except Antarctica and surrounds these two rivals with them. Russia and China have no BW labs outside their boundaries.

This helps explain China’s 24/7 vigilance against BW attacks, starting in 1937 with the Japanese.

Kennedy seems to have his own pangs of doubt about the book’s thrust,

Was Kennedy’s book vetted and edited by the CIA/DOD? It would not be the first time, nor will it be the last, that books about intelligence and military need to be “verified” for publication approval. His frank admission above suggests he’s not entirely comfortable with the book’s finger pointing.

The CIA is in Kennedy’s life. RFK, Jr.’s presidential campaign manager is a former CIA spy, none other than his daughter-in-law, Amaryllis Fox (https://edwardcurtin.com/the-cia-does-soulful-work/). That’s closer than six degrees of separation. The CIA is like the Mafia. Once you are a part of the family, you can never leave.

That is why I am finishing this book review with the strong impression that “The Wuhan Cover-Up” is a CIA/DOD limited hangout. This means admitting the US’s extensive BW war crimes in an historical way, providing thousands of references to overwhelm readers, yet deftly deflecting all of it onto China. This starts with the book’s title and cover, looking like China’s flag, the stars replaced with coronaviruses, which is what 99% of them will see and remember, as well as the many role reversals in the text, turning it all around on the Chinese, when the evidence clearly shows that the Chinese were always the students and subordinate subcontractors.

The accurate title would be, “The CIA/DOD/Big Pharma Cover-Up”, but that is not how psyops works. While a fabulous BW research resource, with its thousands of references – which I will continue to consult for the Bioweapon Truth Commission’s Global Online Library – the CIA can chalk up this book as very successful Yellow Peril propaganda.

To this day, the Chinese continue to get blamed for the book’s subtitle, “The Terrifying Bioweapons Arms Race”. This, while Fauci, Baric and Daszak continue to make millions committing crimes against humanity, and hey – who has ever heard of the CIA, Pentagon and Big Pharma working together on bioweapons?

US policymakers have sought to use Israel as a proxy to provoke a full-scale war with Iran for years. - While the US attempts to distance itself from Israeli provocations and atrocities including attacks on embassies and the killing of aid workers, the US is chief in enabling Israeli in continuing to carry out such attacks. - Just as the US created a large-scale conflict in Ukraine to reassert itself over Europe, it is attempting to use conflict to reassert itself in the Middle East and at a minimum prevent the region from uniting and moving out from under Western hegemony. - The window of opportunity for the US and proxies like Israel to fight and win a military conflict against Iran and its allies in the region is quickly closing, thus efforts are being made to provoke such a conflict sooner rather than later. - Even in US policy papers in 2009, it was admitted that Iran would likely ignore US-Israeli provocations, including air strikes on Iran itself, meaning that the possibility of a false flag attack blamed on Iran to usher in Washington’s desired war is a possibility.

I regularly check the website called South Front (see below), and I suggest you do, too. Every week or so, they post an updated “US Carrier Strike Group Location Map”. It shows, with little pins, where all of the United States’ deep water aircraft carrier groups are. I check it every week and I can tell you I have never seen more than two to three actually out on the high seas. Even a month ago, Uncle Slaughter couldn’t even keep one around the Arabian Gulf.

Uncle Slaughter usually keeps one in the West Pacific between Japan and the Philippines, but all of the rest are in port. And there’s a reason for this. If you look at the map, the USS Ronald Reagan has not been out on the high seas since November 2023, the Nimitz since September 2023, the George H.W. Bush since July 2023, the Gerald R. Ford since January 2024, and the John Stennis since December 2019. Why is this? These aircraft carrier groups are not 100% seaworthy. Everybody, even in the mainstream media, makes fun of the Gerald R. Ford. It is a white elephant that cannot stand the test of real combat.

What is even more hilarious with respect to China is that on a typical US aircraft carrier, you have three kinds of airplanes. They are the F-18, which was launched in 1983, 40 years ago. You have the T-45, which came out in 1991, over 30 years ago. Then you have the more recent F-35, which is a laughingstock around the world, because it can’t fly. It is constantly being called back to the hangar since it can’t fly. It even has to be repainted every time it goes out, since the stealth coating on it wears off after each sortie. Not to mention they are crashing left and right. The F-35 is another white elephant that could not stand the test of real combat against a country like China or Russia.

The F-18 has a combat zone of 500km. That means that it can go out 500 klicks, then come back 500km for a total of 1,000. It has to be able to come back to the aircraft carrier to get refueled. The T-45 has a combat zone of 600km. When it’s able to fly, the F-35 has a combat zone of 750km.

Just this week the United States is begging Yemen for a diplomatic solution for their control of the Red Sea. This tells you how openly weak NATO really is. NATO is reduced to plowing billions of dollars and euros of weapons into Ukraine to slow down the eventual victory of Russia there.

But here’s the deal. The Chinese have three short-range aircraft carrier killer missiles, for naval battle theatres. The YJ-83 can go 250km, which is perfect for Taiwan, since it is only 150km away from the Mainland’s coast. The YJ-62 has a 400-kilometer range, well beyond the Pacific side of Taiwan. The YJ-18 missile has a range of 540km. This means that with only these short-range aircraft carrier killer missiles, a US carrier cannot get any closer than about 600km away from the Chinese coast. Result: the F-18 and the T-45 airplanes are totally useless. Why? If the aircraft carrier comes within range of the YJ-18 missile, it is going to be sunk in a matter of minutes.

It is even worse than that. The Chinese have hundreds of aircraft carrier killer missiles of longer range. The DF-21D can take out an aircraft carrier 1,500km away, perfect for Yankee bases in the Philippines. The DF-26 goes 3,000km, perfect for Japan, 2,000 klicks away.

Not to mention that China has two hypersonic missile models. The DF-17 can go 3,000 klicks. The DF-27 can go 8,000km, all the way to Hawaii and take out whatever ships may be docked there. Not only can the DF-27 take out Pearl harbor, it can also take out Guam, a major American air base in the West Pacific, as well as the US base in Darwin, Australia. The DF-17 at 3,000km can take out Japan and Yankees in the Philippines. And of course, South Korea is just hundreds of kilometers away from mainland China, and Taiwan, only 150km.

China’s navy is bigger than the United States’, which surprises a lot of people. But it is true. It already has two active aircraft carriers and is launching a third one in 2024, the Year of the Dragon. Reports are that the People’s Liberation Army Navy has 59-79 submarines, with 16 of them nuclear-powered, many of which are loaded with aircraft carrier killer missiles. The US has 68 subs and Russia 64.

How many planes does China have in its military inventory? Two thousand. They only have to go as far as Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines and South Korea, a maximum of 2,000km. The supply chain from Long Beach in California and Seattle in Washington State is 11,000km. It doesn’t do any good to store up matériel in Hawaii, Guam and Darwin, knowing China can take those out in several minutes.

Uncle Slaughter wants to be Globocop, with many hundreds of military bases occupying every continent. It has 5,500 military aircraft to China’s 2,000, but the prior’s are all across North America, South America, Africa, Europe and Oceania. Ditto the US’s subs off the coast of Cuba, Venezuela, Iran, Syria, in the Black Sea and keeping an eye on so many other perceived enemies. China’s military posture is 100% defensive. It is only concerned with the South China Sea and the first tier of islands off its coast. NATO’s is 150% offensive across Planet Earth.

Above: Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines, Guam, Hawaii and Darwin, Australia only have to wait a few minutes for thousands of (hypersonic) missiles to rain down on their US bases. (North of Japan) When DPRK strikes, South Korea won’t know what hit them.

Only one in five American aircraft carrier groups are on the high seas at any given minute. NATO knows Baba Beijing is stocked to the hilt with “can’t defend against” hypersonic missiles. Yet, the United States is going to make sure that it goes to war with China over Taiwan, as a Ukraine-like proxy, because capitalism cannot survive without war. Democrats and Republicans, they’re just Party D and Party R of the Capitalist Party of the United States. You can say the same thing for the liberals and the conservatives in Europe – 100% Capitalist Party members. Western governments are totally owned and operated by Wall Street, the City of London, military, media and pharmament corporations. Their victims are Western citizens and the rest of the Global Majority.

I keep reminding everyone that China and North Korea (DPRK) have had a mutual defense treaty since 1961, recently renewed. Nobody fucks with North Korea, not even the United States. You can see how Uncle Slaughter keeps the DPRK at arm’s length. Why? DPRK has MIRV ICBMs (Multiple Independently Targetable Reentry Vehicle Intercontinental Balllistic Missiles) loaded with nuclear warheads. It also has hypersonic missiles along with Russia and China. The United States and Europe don’t even have them yet. They’re still in the testing stage.

Thus, if the United States triggers a hot war with China, 1.2 million Marxist-Leninist-Communist-Socialist-Confucist North Korean soldiers, who love to kill capitalists are going to pour across the 38th parallel and do to the USA what they did to Douglas MacArthur in 1950 – kicked his ass all the way to Pusan, on the southern tip of the peninsula. North Korea has thousands of missiles and millions of artillery shells. What is the United States’ 30,000 troops stationed in South Korea going to do against that? In one week, DPRK would overrun South Korea. Ditto Japan. The United States has 50,000 troops stationed in Japan. North Korea can fire their missiles on Japan, just as China can.

Given all of this, a conventional hot war with China is a Western loser bad joke. Nevertheless, for the City of London, Wall Street and the Military Industrial Complex, this is all a gigantic profit point for Western capitalists. They are going to push the United States into war with China, regardless of the results and consequences. The United States even imagining trying to win against China (or Russia) doesn’t matter, because what really counts are the profits that are gained by the City of London, Wall Street and all of the military contractors.

In any case, what is especially scary is that after China takes back Taiwan into the motherland, is NATO insane enough to use nuclear arms in Taiwan, as a Hail Mary to save their asses? We already know how that would turn out. Nuclear winter and Homo Sapiens saying, “Sayonara dear world”.

We can even talk about West Asia=Middle East, with psychopathic Israel spearheading the NATO Holocaust there. I said in my book, 44 Days Backpacking in China (https://chinarising.puntopress.com/2018/06/30/praise-for-the-china-trilogy-the-votes-are-in-it-r-o-c-k-s-what-are-you-waiting-for/) that the fate of the world will be decided by the fate of Jerusalem, and the unhinged, Talmud-Torah-driven Jewish State has 200 rogue, thermonuclear weapons. After seeing what they are doing to Palestinians, do you think they won’t use their nuclear arms in desperation to stave off losing? I’ll give you three guesses and the first two don’t count.

The United States and NATO want to project an image of invincibility to the rest of humanity. Going back to the Ancient Greeks and Romans, all expansionist, hegemonic empires do. They want to project their delusional full spectrum dominance. However, during the Cold War, NATO and the Warsaw Pact were at a stalemate. The United States lost in Korea, lost in Vietnam, lost in Afghanistan, and are pathetic, occupying forces in Iraq and Syria. Hell, the West can’t even beat little Yemen. Just this week the United States is begging Yemen for a diplomatic solution for their control of the Red Sea. This tells you how openly weak NATO really is.

NATO is reduced to plowing billions of dollars and euros of weapons into Ukraine to slow down the eventual victory of Russia there. In desperation, will NATO go nuclear there, when the obvious is known to all of the world that it has lost against Russia? All NATO has done in Palestine is to create a holocaust against women, children, old people, starving them to death and destroying their entire infrastructure. They have gained absolutely nothing in terms of military victory.

NATO has always been very good at slaughtering old people, women, children and defeating much weaker opponents like Grenada, Panama and Libya. Uncle Slaughter’s delusional psychopathy of controlling the world’s peoples and their resources lasted about ten years, from 1990 to 2000, when Wall Street and the City of London were raping and plundering what was left of the USSR, driving the people into destitution, starvation and misery.

The 21st century is very different. Since the year 2000, Russia now has what is ranked as by far the best military in the world. And I just read an article recently that China is ranked ahead of the United States in military might, this coming from a conservative think tank. Need I mention the military might of DPRK and Iran?

Great thinkers and leaders have long been pointing out the obvious, that capitalism cannot survive without war, expansionism, enslaving the weak and expropriating their natural resources. Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin, Mao Zedong, Kim Il Sung, Ho Chi Minh, Fidel Castro and Martin Luther King all pointed out this manifest historical truth.

This is why, in spite of the reality on the ground that I have described to you above, Wall Street, the City of London and NATO’s Military Industrial Complex will push Uncle Slaughter into a hot war with the People’s Republic of China, tragic to say.
